Her dedication to the well-being of others has led her to serve patients across various units and clinics in the US, as well as in remote Alaskan villages and islands.
With over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, she started as a Certified Nursing Assistant in long-term care settings across the United States. Later, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, served as a Registered Nurse for 12 years, and earned a Doctorate in Nursing Practice degree from Oklahoma City University.
Rita’s expertise includes administering care to patients in various units, such as Med-Surg, Cardia, Neuro, and Community Health Nursing. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care and is currently serving the veteran community with post-combat disability claims.
